Evening: Psalms 138, 139:1-17; John 4:1-26
We
tend to stay indoors during blizzards. We know Mother Nature’s limits
and obey them. We also know God, whose words are written “in our heart
and soul.” A proof of this might be that most of us want to live well,
within the limits the Creator has set. The spiritual life is an inner
exploration of our heart and soul. There we discover what we are made
of, in every sense. Jesus promises ‘living water’ to refresh and renew
our souls and to offer hope that this quest for our true selves will
bear fruit.
